About the Journal
De Pamong: International Journal of Governance and Civil Society is published by the Depok City Regional Development Planning and Research Agency (Bappeda Kota Depok). Its main objective is to disseminate critical and original analysis from academic researchers and practitioners on various social, political, and governance issues both local and foreign. The papers are published after undergoing a peer-review process by providing exclusive analysis of social, political, and governance issues from various perspectives. De Pamong journal provides high quality study results and new thinking for academic practitioners, researchers, and the public to break down the complexities and dynamics of contemporary socio-political change. Published in English since 2024 and published twice a year in June and December, De Pamong journal invites researchers, academics, practitioners, and the public to submit their critical writings and contribute to the development of social, governance, and civil society.
